The model is best known for her time as a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2010 to 2018, when she announced her retirement from the lingerie brand.
Lily has been juggling her busy fashion career with parenting her two children; daughter Dixie, seven, and son Winston, 10 months.
The model married Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill, 37, at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California, on May 12, 2011, after first meeting him at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in 2007.
Lily announced the arrival of her second child via her Instagram page in February, posting a sweet snap of the newborn’s feet.
The runway queen previously admitted she has become more relaxed about her body since becoming a mother.
Speaking in an interview with Net-a-Porter’s weekly digital magazine PorterEdit last year, she said: ‘There should be no judgement, everybody’s journey is different. Of course, as I get older my body is changing, I’m a woman, but I love it.
